Middle Floor Apartment – Sotogrande Puerto

Wake up to the sea and the yachts of Sotogrande Marina: a furnished three-bedroom apartment on Isla Carey with a covered terrace and communal pool.

Isla Carey is the residential island at the heart of Puerto Sotogrande, surrounded by the waters of the marina, and this first-floor apartment makes the most of its setting. The covered terrace faces east and south-east, so it catches the morning sun and looks out over the sea and the harbour. It's the natural place for breakfast, a long lunch or an evening drink by the water.

Inside, marble floors run throughout. There are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, with hot and cold air conditioning for year-round comfort. The apartment is sold furnished and is ready to enjoy from day one.

The building has a lift and sits within a gated complex with communal gardens and a communal pool. The marina's restaurants and shops are on the doorstep, with the beach, golf courses and schools all close by.

The apartment offers ‌141 m² of built area and ‌a ‌35 ‌m² ‌terrace, ‌in ‌excellent ‌condition.
