Together with business partner Abel Matutes and the developer Sierra Blanca Estates, Nadal is set to bring two high-end residential projects to life in Estepona and Marbella.

Estepona: Beachfront Living

The Estepona project will feature 47 luxury beachfront residences spread across 36 hectares of prime real estate in the Los Llanos area. This development is positioned to redefine beachfront living on the Costa del Sol, offering direct access to the sea and exclusive, premium homes. Originally acquired by Mabel Capital in 2019, this land is now under the direction of Palya Invest, the joint venture between Nadal and Matutes, continuing the vision of creating a luxury enclave.

Marbella: Branded Residences

In Marbella, Nadal and Matutes are investing over €200 million in the upscale Nagüeles area. This project will include around 40 branded residences, providing homeowners with five-star amenities and services that rival those of the most luxurious hotels. The concept of branded residences ensures that these homes are not only high-end but come with the prestige and lifestyle associated with globally recognized names.

Sierra Blanca Estates: The Key to Success

Sierra Blanca Estates, renowned for their premium developments along Marbella’s Golden Mile, will spearhead the construction and sales of both projects. Known for developments such as Epic Marbella, a collaboration with the late designer Karl Lagerfeld, and a new Dolce & Gabbana residential project, Sierra Blanca has a proven track record in delivering world-class luxury homes.

Future Plans: Rafa Nadal Tennis Club in Málaga?

Beyond real estate, Rafa Nadal is exploring the possibility of establishing a Rafa Nadal Tennis Club in Málaga. While the preferred location was initially near the Martín Carpena Sports Complex, attention has shifted to the Inacua facilities. However, administrative hurdles must be cleared before this dream can become a reality.
